I submitted a ticket with American Home Shield Warranty and they had someone from Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating reach out to me to set up an appointment regarding a clicking noise I was hearing whenever the heater was turned on.Gabriel was dispatched to my home. He was courteous and even brought his own shoe covers upon entering. He carried his ladder up 3 flights of stairs with care, ensuring it did not damage any of my walls.He made his way to the attic to assess the issue. Turns out, the noise came from a PVC pipe that was pushed into the wood structure every time the heated duct expanded.
