They have at least one operator not licensed for waxing. DO NOT GO unless you like pain.

I made a reservation on the phone with Ruby (she said her full name is Ravinder Kaur.) I walked in, and she instructed me to do the Brazilian and underarm with one of the staff inside. However, the staff was very unprofessional. When handling with my private area, she was very forceful and frequently repeat the same waxing 7-10 time in the same area. First time trying eyebrow threading, and she made the experience very positive overall. Only complaint was I wanted mine thicker, and it was a bit thinner than what I asked for. They still turned out good though. There's a bit of a language barrier, so you should take the time to make sure everyone's on the same page (maybe bring a photo). But she was very nice and good at what she does, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. There's a small parking lot for the Wolfe Plaza her space is in. Make sure you get the right address, as I think the one listed here on Yelp is wrong. Her address is 891 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale CA 94087. There's an identical address for some place in Mountain View, do NOT go there!
