We opted for the repair since the company said that was all our roof required. Anthony Sargenti was very vigilant and oversaw all the work on the roof...we had a leak that had to be taken care of, broken tiles that had to be replaced, and damaged siding which was replaced and then painted to match the other paintwork. I loved the idea of a stone coated steel roof, the benefits that it offers compares to a standard asphalt roof makes it a no brainer. “We have used Cardinal Roofing for various jobs from 2007-2018. They replaced both our carport and house roof in 2018. The pitch of the roof is extremely steep and they were able to complete the job on time. The house is quite large so the total job was approximately $80,000. His estimate was the best of the three that we received from other companies. In addition they installed solar panels. Cardinal Roofing employees always came to work on time and made sure everything was cleaned up when they completed the work. I met.Dan years before as we both belonged to a club that flew ultralight aircraft. He was a hard worker and provided a good value for his customers. I got my roof done at a great.price. He dealt directly with the city and the permit.and inspection process, I did not have to deal with any of that. RIP Dan. You will be missed.“

Other people I talked to from other roofing companies set up an appointment to come over at the date and time promised but never showed. I canceled my appointment at the time just to wait for them but they never have the courtesy to call for cancellation.

He had completed a large project the year before and it was handled with upmost professionalism, prompt & with high quality expertise. He was able to come in quickly, assess the root cause of the leak; which was caused by another roofing companies major error, and completed the work in one day before the rains hit hard again.

The sales rep was always available, gave a detailed quote with reasonable pricing for various options, and most importantly had the job done in record speed. About that: I paid a deposit to secure my spot on their schedule in three weeks or so. But then they called me and said that due to a cancellation they had an opening earlier - which was the next morning at 8am. They finished the entire job, with permits and passing inspection, before my initial deposit check even cleared! This is probably a personal record for speed on a big job.“
