Ken is an absolute gem. We had badly stained carpets from a puppy that struggled with house breaking. We'd tried cleaning it ourselves, and other services. Ken is the one that solved it.Services: General carpet cleaning

Ken did great job cleaning the whole house carpet. Punctual, showed up on time. Overall carpet steam clean was well, he worked on some some tough spots and did not mind redoing the areas again, but could not remove the old stubborn spots

First time with Ken at Radiant and I'm very pleased. He was great with communication, arrived on time, and did a great job on our carpets. He was able to get out some old stains too. Would definitely hire again!
