Ivan Patterson replied immediately to my call and offered to come to fix my clogged toilet right away, on a late Saturday afternoon. He gave me two quotes, one for an easy fix and one for a more complicated repair. His prices were significantly lower than the other companies I had previously called, so I accepted his bid.
