Pacific Coast Trane is horrible. The service provided for both commercial and residential is the worst in the HVAC industry. From the submittal process to the service calls they are hand down the worst. It would be my advice to use anything but Trane.
This guy parks in a disabled spot, called the cops on me when I parked next to him. Racist company! Don't do business with them! I was minding my own business and I was all of a sudden with San Ramon PD wrapped up on lies the Pacific Coast Trane guy said to the police! Not a good representative of a company if you're going to take your truck home!
