Oncology: Sunnyvale Center: Palo Alto Medical Foundation

Poor patient care, unethical and racist clinicians. Some staff and clinicians lie in their documentation and falsify details in unethical ways. Patient relations completely ignored and mishandled my complaint. No empathy, no resolution, no accountability. This location bullies patients and does not provide proper care nor proper referrals. You are forced to be seen multiple times before any action done. I'll inform my insurance company so they can look into from their end too.

I have tried to get an appointment for an MRI at this facility. MRI ordered via my PCP, who's a Sutter provider, 2 weeks ago. I tried to call on 2 separate occasions, was on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to anyone. Yeah, use myHealth to book your appointment...you can't even do that. So disappointed with this place. Now,that I submitted this review, will I get a call to schedule my appointment??

This place is going downhill day by day. They do everything to not have you call the care team by routing everything to a call center rep who is clueless and will ask you for the same information again and again and promise that someone will call you back and they never do. The care team - if they call back are rude and talk as if they are doing you a favor by completing a minor administrative task which should be their job duty in the first place. They also do not give out their full name on the phone with the fear of getting bad feedback. Sutter health is highly avoidable if you have other options. I am beyond frustrated.
