    This clinic has staff that are very rude, nasty and aggressive with customers. The 2 owners - Bill and Lisa discriminate against you based on the insurance you carry for acupuncture treatment. If they like your insurance they will give you a very good treatment and if they do not like you insurance because the insurance company takes long time to pay them, they will tell you go elsewhere or give you a staff member who does not know anything about treatment. They are very passive aggressive and just do not care for customers. If I could give MINUS 5 out of 5 for the customer service I would have given that.They provide massage sessions at their location to all their customers... read full review

    I am always happy to see Lisa and her staff. Either when I had a cold (pre-Covid) or when I had muscle pain in my shoulders or in my back. She also helped me with overall maintenance and hormone balancing. The most memorable treatment was when I had vertigo for about 8 weeks and nothing I did helped. I finally went to Lisa, although I was dreading laying on the table, as I knew I would start spinning once I turned my head. (I had to sleep sitting up for 8 weeks, as I couldn't lay flat...otherwise I'd start spinning. ) One treatment and two days later, the vertigo was gone. Whatever she did, I'm super grateful!
