Came here for an allergy test (appointment at 4pm). Since I checked in on my phone, they called my name maybe around 4:10 and had me fill out a form. They brought me back for the allergy test and the worker who performed it was very nice. She walked through the test, what to expect, and then left me to sit for 15 mi. After the wait was over. She measured the prick sites, and told me that I had to do the second part of the test which involved injecting the antigen under my skin. Then I had to wait for another 15 min. I’ve been going here for 2 years now for allergy shots. The staff are always very nice and Dr.Daniel Albert Cerrone is an amazing doctor. He always takes the time to answer my questions and is a good listener. What frustrates me though are the wait times. Even when I’m early, I’m often waiting 20-30 mins after my appointment time to get seen. Im not sure why this is such a persistent problem, I think they could probably benefit from hiring more staff
We scheduled our appointment at 2pm, but we came in early to see if it's possible to get the shot, the lady at front told us to expect 30 mins waiting. But end up we waited for 120 mins. I know we are early, but if you cannot make it happen, then just tell people to come back at scheduled time.
