I told her what I was looking forward to and what style of makeup I was leaning towards and she delivered exactly that!! I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn't wanting to do. She also helped me find what would look best for me. And my hair was stunning!!! My makeup lasted all day and at the end of the night it broke my heart to have to take it off. Thank you so much!! “Beautiful meticulous quality services. Julia does an amazing job every month with my eyelash extensions. I always get complimented every month, weeks after I get a refill set and they last almost an entire month. She's also great with haircuts and styling. I just told her to trim off a bit of hair and cut it however she thought would make me look nice and she totally delivered. I got so many compliments on my haircut to this day. Can't recommend this woman enough.“

I went somewhere else for my first time and my lashes seemed ok but I was unhappy with the other service's scheduling so I switched to Palita. I had no idea how much lighter and nicer my lashes could be until she did them. Palita doesn't use a ton of glue and she takes her time. My lashes come out looking natural and full but also don't bother my eyes. I could not be happier with them!!“

Had my single color gel pedicure with Kelly today. She was super nice and friendly. I picked the gel color and not sure if it goes well on me, she paint it and let me take a look if I'm fine with the color, if not, I can pick another one. She's really thoughtful. “The eyelash extensions at this store are amazing. Over the past few years, I’ve tried at least five different Asian eyelash extension shops. Either the glue was too irritating, the effect was unnatural, or the lashes would fall off within 1-2 week. But this place is the best. I've been getting my lashes done here for a year now. The glue isn’t irritating at all, and it's very durable, lasting much longer than other places，at least 3 weeks. The technique is excellent and looks very natural. Their service is fantastic, always putting the customer first. Highly recommend!“
