Elegant Floors managed to fit me into its schedule with little notice, was attuned to my nuanced thoughts about varnish color, completed the project exactly on time, and created gorgeous finished hard wood floors, eliminating substantial stains and scratches. Scott and his team were fantastic. I would give them ten stars if that were an option.
We were very fortunate to work with Scott and Elegant Flooring during our recent full house remodel of our Aptos home. Scott is great to work with, he is very knowledgable, detailed oriented, honest and , responsive.Our house had difficult sub flooring condition with uneven floors, transitions between multiple type of sub flooring and unique wood stairs.
