I've been going to this place since they were over at the old Towne & Country shopping Center, which is a long time ago, back in the late 80s or early 90s. The last two optometrists were the worst I have ever had there!!! Most recent, Dr. Shaw, that was horrible, rushed thru my exam, had no time for questions, and I felt she just talked down to me a lot. Not even sure about my new prescriptions that she wrote for me. We shall see how that goes. The absolute reason I still go to this place is Stacey who works on the floor. She is amazing at finding you just the right glasses. Thank goodness for Stacey. i've been coming here for the last few years or so for contacts/glasses and eye exams and they've always had good service besides the occasional rude receptionist, but today i was very happy with my experience with sharon and the front desk receptionists. unfortunately i didn't get the receptionists names, but they were very friendly and quick to have someone come help me buy glasses. sharon went above and beyond with helping me pick out frames that fit my face, choosing 20+ frames to help me pick the perfect pair. she answered all my questions perfectly and let me know how the whole ordering process goes to when i'd pick up my glasses. i will definitely... read full review
I've been a patient here since maybe 2015 for 9 years. All staff have been nice and helpful. But today I really appreciate Lu and the manager who went out of their way to assist me when I went in for a new pair of glasses.
