I am ready to drop $3-5K on the installation of a new gas furnace. Mine died after 30 years. I wanted to consider the Trane brand and get an estimate. Should have known better when it became clear that an answering/scheduling service was used at Convectek - and not direct contact with the owner or folks who know the product line. Dave at "Convectek" scheduled a time and emailed a confirmation. True, I had to call and change the time, twice in a matter of a half day, as another potential vendor had to cancel. No problem, Dave said. He confirmed the new time(s) in two emails. All seemed good. Then, I waited today from 1-3 pm for Convectek to come for the estimate.... read full review
Karl and his team had done a great job in replacing a new AC and Heater unit for us. The thing I like about his team is they come back numerous times to follow up on the job and follow up on the City's inspection for the Permit. We are very happy with the job they did.
