We have taken our dogs to Arroyo for over 10 years now, and have had great care and responsive support for most of it. Recently our senior dog (13) developed a chronic condition. Dr Michelle did a great job of diagnosing it and we had a good one on one discussion at the appointment. Also, the vet techs are gentle and positive with my dogs, so preventative visits are comfortable and positive. My biggest problem now is with communication and availability. We used to get lab results emailed to us immediately, and now I have to request them every time. Used to get follow up phone calls after surgery or sick visits, and now silence. We took my mom's dog here. This is NOT a good dog. They handled her like a pro. She actually let them trim her claws. I was so impressed. It is amazing what you can do with a couple of towels to keep her calm. Also, they are still very reasonably priced.
Dr. Michelle and staff were amazing. We took my daughter's hamster here last month for a check up. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. They made my daughter (she's 12) feel very comfortable, because she was a little nervous about taking Hammy to a vet. They are affordable and we didn't have to wait months for an appt, like the other places I called.
