Chuck did the best he could with our old, cheap carpet. He was responsive to my first call and scheduled for as soon as I wanted the work done. He is nice to talk to. He has been in the business for a long time.

We spoke with Chuck this morning and he was super helpful about a problem we're having with one of our rugs. He even recommended another carpet cleaning service because we were having difficulty providing the water spigot that he would need to service our rug. We liked his demeanor and the price was right!!

We presented Chuck with a severe challenge with our old and grimy carpets. he warned us that he could not make them look new again - but then they were not new when we moved in years ago! he accomplished a miracle and they are much more presentable - I no longer need to feel guilty about inviting people to my home. he was on time - actually an hour early. And the price was, honestly, less than I had anticipated.
