If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would!!! I had to unexpectedly replace 10 yr. old sheet vinyl flooring in excellent condition sheet after replacing internal sewer. The pattern was no longer available anywhere! I was a crazy woman. Indecisive, frustrated, confused, overthinking, and dealing with family in the hospital. Joe was patient, kind, supportive and helpful being beyond reason. I may have fired me myself, but he was a true professional educated me, helped me find flooring that looked almost identical to what we were replacing, sent me, Carlos and Carlos the installers who were both also beyond amazing ordered the carpet got me a great price and warranty with the best pet proof padding on the market. I cannot express enough how much I would refer this business, professionally pricewise, accommodating, and in a timely manner got the job done.
Can't say enough good things about this company and service. I worked with Joe for quotes and schedule. Joe was very helpful and gave me three different quotes for different scenarios (all flooring, flooring/carpet, and all carpet). His quotes were very reasonable and his communication was great. Three installers came out and knocked this job out. Everyone involved was very professional. It's rare to find these family owned companies that still care about their customers.
