I had a very positive experience with VIP. I called them very last minute to schedule a move. The person I spoke to was friendly and accommodated us. The movers came on time and were professional and friendly. My items were not damaged. They did very well wrapping everything up. Thank you VIP for a great experience! Hopefully I do not need to move again but if I do I will definitely be calling you.

My Relocation company hired King to move me from Catalina Island to the mainland and even though it was a logistical nightmare (had to ship my stuff on a barge across the water), they managed to complete the task at hand. They also stored my stuff for over 60 days while I was closing on a house and the storage rates were reasonable. A few items were broken, but that is to be expected when making so many transfers.

I'm not sure why most people had such a bad experience with this company. They were recommended to me by the property developers of our condo. I called, received a very reasonable quote and set up my move. Their quote was a good $15-$20 less an hour than four other companies I contacted. Our HOA needed a certificate which VIP sent over immediately. They called to confirm a day before, and the movers texted me the day of when they were 15 minutes away. We had three movers, and they were amazing! They were very fast, thorough and careful. They told me that I was one of their few clients who actually took the time to get permits in the city I was moving from and the city I was moving too. It made things a lot easier so the truck didn't have to double park. The only thing that went missing was two brackets for a bookshelf and nothing broke or was damaged. I've had many moves, and to only be missing two brackets was amazing to me. I was also impressed by just how strong they were, I had two bedrooms and two bathrooms worth of stuff, and the amount of boxes they were able to fit o a dolly was amazing! I would recommend them if you're looking for affordable, reliable movers.
