Pam is always so informative and helpful when deciding on equipment! Also appreciate that their staff tests everything before it goes out. I've rented /bought from them a lot and it's always been a good experience!
This rental house is amazing! Pam was the golden angel that saved my High Profile Music video at 2am on a Saturday morning. I was the Production coordinator for a high profile female rapper. We were shooting a hot tub party scene, with a "Great Gatsby vibe" and the hot tube that the art department provided did not work. I hired an electrician(per the Gaffer for safety) to come out to set and fix the art department's HotTub @930 PM on a Friday evening. 3 hours later the hot tub still did not work. Scrambling to figure out what I should do, one of my Production Assets(PA's) suggested I call Pam at Special Effects Unlimited. This amazing person opened up the shop at 3am...read full review
