This company is horrible at their job. Don't trust them. If they say they're gonna trim your trees, they're actually going to butcher and gut them completely. They shouldn't be trusted near nature.

In a few word Alex and Andrew are incredible but the crew are artists absolute artists. What they did to our new home is incredible and now I'm a life long loyal patron of this business. And again thank you for everything you did to make this so easy.

Pacific West removed a large mulberry and an old olive tree and pruned some of our fruit trees. We echo everything that the other reviewers say. Alex explains things clearly and makes reasonable recommendations. He doesn't try to oversell us. Everybody connected with the business, from the office staff to the work crew, is helpful and friendly.
