Raul and Joe spent one day cleaning our interior and exterior upholstery. It was all very dirty and hadn't been cleaned for 5 years. Despite the almost white color of the fabric they were able to bring it back to new color condition! They protected all surfaces adjacent to the cleaning work completely.2nd day they cleaned all tile floors in the house. 5 years of grime and dark dirty grout has been restored to new original condition. Again Raul and Joe made sure adjacent surfaces were protected and they communicated with me throughout these processes.This is a family business with very high customer satisfaction goals. Niagra Carpeting and Cleaning is an A+ operation. All of the people who work there are amazing. They only want to please. Their customer service is above and beyond most businesses I have encountered and their work is impeccable. They take great pride in getting up every speck of dirt!!!! and do an amazing job. In and out fast, kind, courteous, no wonder this family owned business has been around for generations. If I could give them ten stars I would. I used Niagara a few years ago for an area rug in the dining room. The place where we had the rug made recommended them. They did a really great job. Today they came for carpet & rug cleaning in the whole house - WOW!! amazing job!! Hire these people! So responsible, punctual, respectful, hard working, great pricing. We have found our carpet people!! And they cleaned our chairs, too! And they told me NOT to do two rugs. So honest! They are great!!
