Delighted with the service Raquel provides. My hair was very damaged and burned, she dyed it and permanently straightened it, my hair was shiny and healthy. I live in another state and every time I travel to California I go with her, she is the only person who has left my hair the way I want. And her attention made me the best, very friendly, even my Child has fun in her living room. 100% recommended
I called because I’m in need of a haircut and the lady was so rude saying she doesn’t except new clients and that to zelle her 20$ for a deposit even tho i never seen her work.. crazy ?
Came to cut my sons hair the manager was literally sitting there doing nothing with no clients told me she couldn’t cut his hair because we needed an appointment what a way to lose a customer.
