After being referred to Blair's termite control I called them for a routine termite inspection. It had been a long time, so it was for peace of mind. The inspection was extremely thorough and the cost of inspection reasonable. As a result of the inspection we had Blair's fix some dry rot in the kitchen. They did an excellent job with the repair and it feels very solid. The cost for the work seemed reasonable. I will definitely call them again if we have termite issues or need an inspection.

I am a realtor who would never, ever do a transaction without Blair. When I am at a property, and other inspectors are there at the same time as Blair, they all say the same thing: that he is the very best. He has superior knowledge about all things related to pest control, dry rot, fumigation, etc, and has taught me alot over the years about his field of expertise. On top of the utterly reliable work he does, he is a true gentleman, with old fashioned manners and graciousness. My clients always love him. Would never do a transaction without him.
