“It's never fun having to go to the hospital. I dread the thought of how many hours I'll be waiting to be seen when going to urgent care. The last few times I've gone to urgent care, I've been in and out in an hour to hour and a half. I've been to other Kaiser urgent cares in other cities, and those wait times were really long compared to my wait times here. The staff are helpful and friendly, despite having to deal with the mass number of people who come in. They're put under a lot of stress and I really appreciate all they do.“

“Top quality care from Florintino. So helpful he assisted me through triage, ex ray and into see dr. He even went and got me a wheelchair as he could see it was hard for me to walk. He was in urgent care dept on a busy Sunday.“

“Gentleman at the front window for check-in was helpful and kind. The young lady that took my blood pressure and other vitals was kind the doctor that saw me was very thorough and to the point all in all the great visit.“

“Came into Urgent care with my daughter. Both with the same symptoms. Everyone from the check in staff, nurse that took our vitals and P.A. super friendly. Wait time was not bad. From check in until the end of the visit was about an hour total.“

“Took my 82 year old mom for ear ache and cough. Waited in car until they called my cell phone letting me know I could take her directly to room. Doctor came in 10 mins later asked questions and actually checked my mom. Medications were ready for pick-up at our local pharmacy in less than 30 later. Very happy with the entire experience. Great staff!!“
