I've tried to talk to a manager with nothing but a run-around. They were quick to respond but I feel they took advantage of a senior. I only had a locked dead-bolt and I had taken the lock all apart. All she did was take out the inside chamber and replace it. Although I am glad it is working, $250. Really ????

I ATTEMPTED to use this business. Despite being listed as in my zip code, AND despite having a kiosk located within my zip code, they told me service is not available in my area? Why list that you are then?? Seems like misrepresentation at best fraud at worst.
