Mike and his helper came to assess what was wrong with our A/C. They arrived on time and ready to dive in! They were very thorough, quick, and polite. They got my a/c back up and running in less than an hour! Very affordable and honest as well! I will definitely be holding on to their contact details and call them when we’re ready for a new install!
Wow! Mike was professional and friendly, fitting me in to his schedule with very short notice. I really appreciated the quick responses when communicating when he would be arriving and giving me an estimate of how long the service might take. After dealing with another rude HVAC company for 2 1/2 years trying to get the AC unit maintained and repair our leaking access valve. Mike came in did the maintenance and fixed the overflow problem in under 2 hours and affordable price. The other company was going to charge me 1200 to fix something they did incorrectly. Thank you Dickenson’s for quality, honesty and affordable service!
Awesome service. I called Mike around 945 pm and by 1030 pm he had shown up, diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and had us back up and running. The billing was itemized and was explained by Mike. Highly recommended and will utilize him again in the future!
