“Prior to becoming a loyal customer here at Bear Creek Dental I was in Orange County and had the same female dentist for 30 years! I was recommended by a mutual friend to Dr. Do, as I had explained that I was anxious about finding someone that was nurturing, but at the same time strong. This is a perfect description of Dr. Do! She is compassionate about her patients and at the same time an excellent dentist! Highly recommended and I don't know if anyone could rate Dr Do lower than five stars it's not possible. In addition, I have the funnest and best hygienist in the valley, Cailyn! You are not supposed to have a big smiling face before entering a dentist office and that's exactly what happens to me every single time it never fails. I think we spend more time talking and laughing than actually getting my teeth taken care of; however, she is serious about her trade and it shows as every time I leave this office I feel like I have a new set of teeth every time! “During the summer, I had planned a vacation. But, the day before my plane flight, I got a severe toothache. My dentist was on vacation. So I found Canyon Lake Dental and asked if they took emergencies. They did. I went in immediately, and these ladies were very efficient. They not only extracted my tooth, but injected my own blood into the cavity where the tooth was, and within two days upon my arrival in Cleveland, Ohio, it was healing faster than I thought. I want to thank them for their compassion and ability to help myself and my wife have a pleasant visit in Ohio.

I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being seen. I also appreciate that they don't try to sell you unnecessary procedures, which I've experienced with other dentists.“

“Came in for a new patient exam for my son, Everyone at front desk was very nice and answered all my questions. Kat, Jelen the assistants took us back and brushed my sons teeth guided us the best way in our routine in brushing, kat did an amazing cleaning on my son!
We saw Dr. Oropeza we were greeted so nicely she is very knowledgeable, and very great doctor she made my son feel so comfortable answered all my concerns and questions.

“This facility is a non-profit Family Care /General Dentistry for those with little or no money. The other facilty that comes to mind that is similar is RUHS Riverside University Health Services on Cactus Avenue Moreno Valley 92555. I'm writing to inform those that need help with medical care. There are do-gooders out there that care for people. God speed to those that need medical assistance. I hope this helps and I wish everyone that reads this much success in there health-care.“

“Best dentist experience I've probably ever had! We took my son in after a bad experience at a previous dentist & thankfully they were able to help him! There was no waiting in the waiting room, everything was state of the art new technology, they went right through the appt & were able to fix my sons tooth in less than 2 mins. I was so impressed! The woman that helped us was so friendly & better with my son than the pediatric dentist, they were so friendly & best of all were able to fix my son's tooth right. It was affordable & they already had the bill ready by the time we walked up to the front & they don't push any extra unnecessary treatment on you. I explained the broken tooth and Angela, who helped me was GOD sent! She booked me a quick appt. When I arrived the total visit was fast and not horrible at all. “I had a deep cleaning with Rene. He was very professional and thorough and I didn’t experience any pain. This is why I gave them 5 stars.

However, as a cash patient without dental insurance, I know that $1610 is way TOO expensive for this treatment. I’ve had the exact same treatment in Fontana for 1/3 of the price, So for this reason, I will not be returning.“
