Sam at Davis Plumbing comes through again! He installed a working shower head in the bathroom of this 1965 Sun City house. Buyer will then install tile surround. Sam has worked on these houses long enough to know the entire valve assembly does not have to be replaced. Simply remove the plug and add the pipe. This $aved a ton of money.
