Never been there but was going today to ask about an alteration, but after reading the reviews I changed my mind.Business got to do better with customer service and reasonable rates for a hem.

I have used this cleaners only about 6 times. I have always met with David. The quality of cleaning seems as good as I can tell. The price seems slightly higher than other areas. David does not seem to have customer service skills that would add stars to this business. Customer relationships should be key. Turnaround times seem to be just standardized. I was told it would take about 5 days, when I said that seems kind of long and I need it sooner he immediately replied with a sooner timeframe. As a customer I already expect to be given the soonest date possible. I experienced a fiasco while trying to drop off one day. A customer was visibly and verbally upset... read full review
