I have been to this inn for 3 nights when relatively clean. Very close to highway but once window closed it is ok. They don't offer breakfast just instant coffee in the lobby. There is small nice coffeshop near by (3 mnt walk) but it closes early. I think it is a good deal if you are visiting Santa Barbara.

From the reviews, I was very skeptical about staying here. But for the price and time I would be spending there, I booked a room. I was actually pleasantly surprised--I actually really liked the Inn--but you do need to be open to something a little "different'...its not the Hilton. The owner is Chinese and she is very nice, but her English is broken and while she tries to help, I'm not sure it's communicated properly. Her adult son is living there now-so best to deal with him if necessary. The Inn is really cool- it's an old home/inn with rooms and they still use "keys."
