It was my first time at her studio and she made me feel right at home. He studio is clean and beautifully decorated. She did a pro job and I'm happy with the results.“

“I had a 90 min massage done by Leilani. It's with no hesitation, the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. I had a lot of knots in my back. Leilani was able to work on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. Her massage touch was very intuitive, and I felt extremely relaxed. The hot towel, hot stones, and massage techniques were excellent.

The entire atmosphere at the spa was so relaxing. When we went to the massage room, I felt even more relaxed with the music playing, ocean sounds, and the soft lights. Complementary drinks and snacks were offered to me. Overall, it was an amazing experience.“

“A great spa experience at this boutique location that is near state street in Santa Barbara. I came with a bachelorette party, and some of us got a facial and/or massage, and the spa staff handled our party of 6 like pros. The place is small so half of us did our treatment while the others shopped down the street, and we then switched places when they finished. They have a small parking lot in the back, which was helpful. I enjoyed my facial and massage and was very relaxed. Price-wise, both were $220 without tip. Overall, a good experience with friendly staff and the price seems to be in line with what the market is offering for these services. After the fact, I needed an itemized receipt and the person who answered the phone was able to accommodate.“

It was the best facial I have ever had and the added bonus of the hot stone neck & shoulder massage made it unique. “I received a gift card for Treat & made an appointment for a facial. Jamie was the technician & she was fabulous. Everything used smelled great, and she did some lymphatic drainage that felt wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful and rooms are private and quiet for your service. Absolutely no complaints about service, atmosphere, or value. However, the prices were on a card that came with the gift card; on their website; and under glass at the front desk but I was charged more than advertised. When I asked why, I was told the prices had increased. I was surprised and paid the new price and recalculated the tip based on the new price. I believe if your prices change, your website, anything with prices printed on it, and anything posted on the premises should all be updated immediately when the new prices go into effect. Also, when checking in, it should be mentioned that the prices have increased. I did not think the person at the front desk was professional about the price change at all and looking back I should have politely insisted on paying the advertised price.“
