First time. Clean, friendly caring staff. No rushing. The experience was relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. Tucked in to a weighted infra red blanket for 55 min, the time went by fast and after about 10 minutes of cool down, I drove home. My body felt like it was buzzing and found myself energized.

Oh Kelly! How lovely you are!! I'm always so happy to see your smiling eyes welcome me and tuck me in for my sweat. This studio is pristinely clean and well kept and the experience is really positive. Detoxing is so important and your body will thank you - I recommend coming super hydrated (meaning the day prior!). I love the scented cool towel Kelly brings and there's a super yummy tea she offers as you relax afterward too. The resting room is quiet and super comfortable. Tip! Get bulk deals on Groupon! I'm still using mine (but apparently you can only do it once)...I always find street parking out front - but give yourself time regardless so you aren't in a rush. Complaints...read full review

Today I had a fabulous experience at Shapehouse. This was my first time back since the pandemic and I can honestly say the company are taking great covid precautions. Shoutout to Kelly for making it such a welcoming experience for my friend and her first time sweating. She explained the whole process and made her feel very prepared for what to expect. Shapehouse is detoxifying for the body and clears the mind. Not to mention the space embodies that energy as well. It's a must that you check them out - you won't regret it. Thank you Shapehouse for all that you do.
