Roxy Cleaners is located within the Ralphs Grocery Store shopping center with a Starbucks and Jamba Juice. There used to be a RITE AID also but it SUDDENLY CLOSED without any notice Feb 1, 2024! This shopping center is located on the corner of Vineland and Ventura Blvd. I do not recommend getting a rare blouse with sequins on it, but for household goods like Comforters, or drapes, they are great and reasonably priced. For Business suits and blouses they do a great job pressing and starching your items. My favorite people working there are Alina and Suzy. They are so smart and sweet to talk to. I am not sure why the reviews are so low here. i use roxy cleaners about 3x a week and i never have any problems.they often have a very fast turn around and are able to get my clothes back to my quickly.The woman at the front is just lovely, and all my clothes have always been well taken care of and nicely cleaned. I love this place and love how close it is to my house and how fast they are able to get your clothes back. Also the pricing is amazing and you get your 4th article free.

I used Roxy cleaners several times. Although I found them expensive, I liked the people that worked there and they were convent for me to get to. However, I gave them my favorite pair of tennis shoes to clean and they ruined them. The cleaning product they used took the color out, giving them a bleached look. The lady with red hair was defensive and took zero responsibility. She was absolutely unbothered by situation and apparently, could not care less. Needless to say, they lost my business.Service: Standard cleaning
