“I tried a beginner's class at this studio a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed the class and the instructor was thorough and had a very soothing voice which I really value in a pilates instructor. It was a smaller studio so the class was very intimate and each participant got lots of direct instruction from the instructor.“
“Shevi is a true healer (and one of the most amazing people). For me this has been life changing. Shevi gets to the root of what's causing the issues in your body (working a lot with the fascia), she also helps heal and strengthen every aspect of your body. What I wasn't expecting was the emotional release that comes in each session, we hold trauma and emotions in our fascia and so of course working with it acts as a major release. Shevi teaches you what to do on your own to continue the strengthening at home and deepening the transformation. I can't tell you the difference I have seen in every part of my body. I broke my foot and came to Shevi for rehab and for other issues in my body and it's been incredible. My fiancé also sees her now and it has changed his body immensely. He's an athlete and had multiple issues that weren't healing until Shevi began working her magic. His fascia was very tight (we could hear it popping as she worked on him) and his results have been miraculous. This is great for anyone who is an athlete, physically active or who needs physical rehab, this is your place. You won't stop coming once you start.“

“I've been doing Pilates for over 20 years and Jenny Tate Pilates is the best all-around workout I've had. Walk taller, feel stronger, and firm your body. Although I've liked many of the trainers I've worked with, I've never had one as good as Jenny. Her attentiveness and knowledge far exceeds any trainer I've ever worked with. She provides corrections that often seem small but isolate and strengthen whatever is targeted. She understands the body and expertly guides you but will quickly pivot to another exercise if she sees you're form is incorrect so you don't get injured. I highly recommend her private studio to anyone looking to take Pilates.“
