I met Lee at an open house in Studio City while I was searching for a home in that area years ago. I wasn't working with an agent at the time. I wanted him to work with me from that random meeting . It was a certain vibe he possess. Confident yet not arrogant or pushy . Very knowledgeable and his years of experience shows thru this professionalism .
