I first met Kenny Stevens in 2009. He was a broker on an 8 unit in Hollywood which I ended up purchasing.

Just recently through Kenny Stevens team I sold a 12 unit income property and bought a 12 and an 11 unit as a 1031 exchange replacement.
Working with Kenny Stevens is and Dustin Dahan has been an absolute pleasure and would do it it again in a heartbeat.
