To say the least, I had such an amazing experience with Dr Gene and Lauren, his assistant. Dr. Gene made sure to not only go over my skin but also teach me what to look out for and explain what he was seeing on my body so I can understand as well. Lauren and Dr Rubenstein were so professional, asked me all necessary questions, made me feel comfortable and even removed a mole painlessly. Truly so grateful to have been taken care of by such a caring team. Also the women at the front desk were so kind.
Had such a wonderful experience here . Starting with Lisette at the front desk, she is so friendly, accommodating, caring and helped me understand the full process from start to finish. Eric did such a thorough job with the lasers and put my mind at ease. Great office.
we have read some of the recent reviews but we have to say our experience with the doctor has been excellent. We have found Dr. Rubinstein to be very knowledgeable, he always spends the time needed, he does not rush you, he is very accommodating, he explains things, his clinical assistant (young female) is also very professional, kind and helpful with procedures, we appreciate that doctor has all his other laser gadgets in house and he explains the reasoning behind their use and we have seen good results, the prices for the lasers are also competitive, several of our family members have become his patients over the years and they are all happy with him.
