I have been going to Sound Bath Restorative Yoga for years. Prior to the pandemic, it was a large class with wonderful instructors and musicians. Now, the instructor Amy Santiago is the worst. She mumbles instruction and seems to hide herself so that the students have no idea what pose she is asking for. The students are still in the last pose when she has completed "instructions" for the next pose. The music is hit or miss. Dianna Seva was very good, but other musicians seem to play the same tone over and over again or bang bells loudly over you that are supposed to be soothing. It's a nice space but the class I took with Amy Santiago was not good. She definitely knows plenty of asanas but the tempo of the class was way too fast, I feel there wasn't a flow. I also noticed most of the students had difficulty keeping up (especially with their breath) and really pushing them selves a bit too hard.

Very nice studio and people. The space is small than what is shown in photos. Teachers are lovely and classes I took were all level and very easy to follow. Receptionist was very welcoming and informative. I look forward to going back. Studio does provide bolsters, blocks, and knee pads.
