It's a nice space but the class I took with Amy Santiago was not good. She definitely knows plenty of asanas but the tempo of the class was way too fast, I feel there wasn't a flow. I also noticed most of the students had difficulty keeping up (especially with their breath) and really pushing them selves a bit too hard.

Very nice studio and people. The space is small than what is shown in photos. Teachers are lovely and classes I took were all level and very easy to follow. Receptionist was very welcoming and informative. I look forward to going back. Studio does provide bolsters, blocks, and knee pads.
