Very thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. Gave great maintenance advice. The issue with my phone was NOT going to be covered by Samsung, so uBreak advised me of my options and ended up being able to file a claim and get my screen fixed for free. Thanks, guys!!!! So appreciated.
Very professional, quick, and flawless repair. Got my phone with a new glass screen back on two hours like stated and they installed the liquid screen protector I purchased as well.
