Came from Bay Area.. this place is a diamond in the rough. Joanna is so professional and kind which made this visit comfortable. Highly recommend.I parked on the street in front before I realized there was parking in the back. Suite F. Of note: it's a shared office with lashes so just know your in the right place
What a sweet woman and super professional. I have been getting waxed for several years so the pain/discomfort is nothing new to me but getting waxed by her was amazing - I felt almost no pain. I also learned a lot about proper post-wax care down there With such a great job and great service, the wax lady will be my regular wax lady from now on :)
I only give it a 4 because I don't think there is disability access. Today I could walk up the stairs but some days I can't walk stairs. Otherwise, the place is visually pleasing. The Wax Lady is super pleasant, very informative and breathes with you through each rip... I mean wax She actually does a thorough job. It's painful but you don't do this looking for zero pain. That's unrealistic. She gave great aftercare advice too. I'll be back. Maybe if I don't chicken out. However I needed this before my Trips to the beach and pool.
