I visited Theresa's hair salon over the weekend for the first time to pamper myself with a wash and flat iron of my African American hair. I wasn't concerned with styling or straight straight hair; I simply just wanted my hair washed and conditioned. Victoria turned away 2 walk ins of her regular customers to honor my scheduled appointment. She really took her time to wash, condition, comb out, blow dry, and flat iron my hair. My hair is very dry and she suggested ways that I could moisturize it. To say she doesn't typically work with my hair type, she did a phenomenal job. I appreciated her focus on untangling without tugging and pulling on my hair.. The mini massage after washing. Her not grabbing large clumps of hair to flat iron. I gave her a well deserved large tip and appreciated her efforts. I was very pleased when I left.

If you guys advertise coupons for haircuts, you should accept them. Also, put in FINE print that the coupon is for FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY. If you look at the picture I attached, it says no where on the coupon that it's for first time customers only. Better yet, how about you guys stop advertising coupons all together. Call the company you advertised with and say you want your business removed. You guys are jerks and like to upset customers who want to save some money.
