I have been a part of Sutter Gould for many years now. All of my experiences have been very good. I have always been treated with professionalism and respect. I have also been to the surgery center on Don Avenue twice and very pleased with my experience. I am heading back to the surgery center in two weeks and looking forward to being treated with quality care. Love the convenances of all their services.

Due to getting a job with different benefits, I recently changed my health insurance. It turns out my insurance covers visits at Sutter Health. I decided to have my first PCP visit scheduled on Monday, 11/27/23, in the evening. Everyone in the office was super lovely. Bianca greeted me with a wonderful welcome and checked me in for the appointment. Next, Shelly was an absolute pleasure. I loved her personality and kind spirit. She took my vitals and assessed my health history. Lastly, I spoke to Dr. Jose. She was so caring about my health and also asked questions. I've honestly never been treated with utmost care and amazing service to this magnitude until coming to Sutter Health. I am also happy to know that many departments are centralized into one big building. I am glad to be a patient here.

I have nothing but gratitude for this hospital and their professionalism. Not only was their service fantastic, (they had me in and out of my MRI in under 30 minutes) but they also have great integrity. They called me the next day after I had forgotten my chain. I was able to pick it up and they had it in an envelope with my name on it. Big shoutout to the radiology department!
