They are not fully staffed. One physician for 40 people. Doctors are frustrated and patient care is lacking. The nurses and assistants are nice although some lack motivation. Don't know if I will continue with Kaiser. Seems like the whole system has stepped down in quality. So sad.

Whenever I make an appointment to check up for the flu virus for my health and my kids, Kaiser has been our go-to provider for years now. The security in the front gives a safety feeling when we walk in. The front desk is always willing to help you navigate your appointment area with ease. The rooms they use are extremely clean. They close the door before they do anything. Which shows they enforce and respect HIPA. Compared to other places in stockton, this is easily the best.

Kaiser Permanente is probably the largest HMO (health maintenance organization) in California. I could be wrong, but it feels like they have offices in just about every major city in the Central Valley and Bay Area. I'm not sure about Southern CA but I'm sure they have a strong presence there as well. With seemingly very deep pockets (Their ads are all over the TV) it seems like they are lacking in many aspects of the healthcare profession. Let me start with just some basic observations...
