My new kitchen is beautiful. Rick made sure it was functional and made many recommendations (that we l loved) when we were not sure of what we should do. Love love love our new kitchen. The crew was very professional and courteous.Services: Home addition construction

I would give Silver Fern 10 stars! I cannot recommend Rick and Tamera enough. We just finished our addition and remodel today. We remodeled our hallway bath, did a master bath addition and repurposed our old master bath into closets.When we started this project we consulted 5 contractors. Of everyone we talked to, we instantly liked Rick the best. From our first meeting he was building the concept in his mind. He took us from ideas, to drawing plans, the permit process to the build and finished product. We loved this that we could do everything with one person. He has a great eye for detail and made wonderful suggestions throughout the process.The finished product is beautiful. We were thrilled with Rick and have no complaints. Not many people can say that about their contractors. We have had bad contractors in the past. Rick is superb!

As a property manager, I have used Silverfern Construction for large a small jobs. Rick is very responsive and professional. When I needed a repair to the upstairs deck at one of apartment complexes, they were able to do the work quickly and with very little disruption to the tenants. I highly recommend this company.
