Very helpful staff, they helped me get a claim I was really happy! Chris called me and updated me, also was very friendly and informed me of other benefits. They actually care for the veterans. I would recommend this office for vets.

There are a lot of bad reviews about this place. I'm going to call for an appointment. I will say more on this place and the staff after my appt.appointment. ok. I just got off the phone with a very helpful and professional lady named Michelle. She set up an appt. And when she found out I was homeless she wanted to give me information on housing but I have that taken care of thanks to HUD/VASH and Mrs. Watkins. Nice job Michelle. So far so good. More after my appt.

I went to the VSO office several years ago with a fully completed file to obtain some additional help on my VA claim. I was surprised at the lack of help, uncaring attitude of the male VSO I encountered. I ended up writing a letter to the San Joaquin Co Administrator indicting the lack of professionalism exhibited by the male. I ended up traveling to Sacramento help.I just met Pam a few days ago, first by phone and then a personal visit to the office location. This lady is a great addition to the VSO office. Very professional with a helping attitude. I thank her for her understanding and help. I am sure any veteran seeking help at this office will be presently surprised...read full review
