RC Plumbing is truly a blessing.We bought an older home, and had many unexpected plumbing emergencies, if it wasn't for RC plumbings honesty and fair prices, we wouldn't have been able to adjust to the new home and unexpected repair cost.Just one example, we had flooding from a backyard pipe, water went through garage to the front yard! We are on a well and needed help asap. They came rushing to our aid immediately, and repaired the pipe.I've hired them for small jobs, leaks in kitchen and bathrooms, garbage disposal installation, etc. to huge jobs, such as running a line from my propane tank, to the kitchen for a gas stove. we were referred to RC plumbing, by another plumbing company. The guys that came out were great. I had many issues calling the answering service, asking them to have the plumber guys call me, never got a call back in one week. Got a message (email) from the company saying my appt was cancel had to call answering service they showed that I still had the appt but they don't know who sent the message. HORRIBLE answering service company. The plumber took my key and now I'm not sure how I'm getting it back since the answering service is horrible. They came out the very next day. My tenant had water leaking from the second floor to the first floor after draining her bathtub. The service technician figured that water had accumulated in the overflow trap and that's why it was leaking. He could've easily said there was a major problem and charged me a bunch of money, but they were very honest that there was nothing to fix. While they were there they noticed the seal in the bathroom sink was needing replaced so they went ahead and did that. Best $250 I ever spent.
