My folks switched payroll/tax services from here after many years due to services not being available & several payroll issues. After I took control, I ran into Ralph around town a few times, and he said he missed us. When I actually called to talk about it, he said he was giving me a hard time and hung up on me… ? I was calling to discuss a change of circumstances, offer him the benefit of doubt, and maybe some new business.No sweat off my back, and clearly a good outcome for me, but it’s just unprofessional and not something I want to spend any of my time on. Looking back.. I think poor & unprofessional communication may have always been a source of the issues.

Ralph has been doing my taxes for over 30 years. We saw our kids grow up and grandschildren born and my husband passing away. I can’t inagine anyone else doing my taxes. Ralph is great!
