Do not ever, ever use Picture Perfect. They put on a good show, but they quality of their work was awful. Since they came, we have spent thousands of dollars replacing plants that were for shade but planted in the sun and vice versa; repairing the "state of the art" irrigation system that repeatedly broke and wasted water; and spending literally thousands on a heating system for the pool that had a lifetime guarantee. The owner is pompous and repeatedly told us that he never does "little projects" like our yard, but only was working on it as a favor to a family member who had used him before. He spent a lot of time talking about his wealthy clients and the perks they give him. He also never made eye contact with me, as the wife, even though this was my project; he was only interested in my husband and the other men on the project. In general, the experience was poor, the product is awful, and the longevity is a farce. And this is for twice (at least!) the cost of any other landscaper. Avoid Picture Perfect at all costs.

About a week ago I set up an appointment with Greg (the owner) to come out to my home for an design estimate. Told him I needed help designing my backyard. I was interested in planting plants and hardscape designs but wasn't sure what would work for my backyard. He reassured me he had great ideas and agreed to meet with me to discuss them. Cool! Things continued to look promising when he showed up to on time. However, the moment he stepped into the backyard and found out I wasn't interested in having a retaining wall built (which I know is extremely expensive) and only interested in something more economical, he rudely told me he wasn't interested in the job. I would recommend this company because the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions for what I had in my mind. His expertise created a beautiful functional water feature that hadn't worked properly for years. I'm not able to enjoy my beautiful backyard.
