They subcontracted the job to a second party so essentially, they didn't do the labor. They just marked up someone ELSE'S labor who worked for another company so you pay double. It feels super disorganized - no set times for arrival, no follow-up, missed appointments, etc. The workmanship is ok but they struggle with the finer touches like baseboard removal (they put holes in the walls, crack/chip your baseboards) or intricate wood cutting. Professionalism is horrifically low in some, higher in others. Ownership seems 'low brow' and does an abysmal job in addressing service issues. Sales team was fine but the workers complain about how hard the job is and how the sales team is only concerned about the money. You can get the job cheaper elsewhere but I paid a premium, expecting the professionalism would be there. It wasn't. They sidestep responsibility which i didn't appreciate. They did some things that were great like there was an issue in an area and one of the installers went back over it until he felt it was right. I didn't have to point it out which i liked. They coated hundreds of dollars in food from my pantry with sawdust so we had to toss out about $500 worth of food. They broke two baseboards (and re-installed them still broken) and put a couple holes in the wall. Their internal communication was lacking - one person would make arrangements, i'd sit here all day, no one would arrive. Or I'd ask for a confirmation that a certain installer would be here and no one would confirm and then they'd just show up and I wouldn't know they were coming. Or they'd do a portion of the job and because i was working, i wouldn't inspect the job so all the things on the task list didn't get finished. It was just confusion and bad communication which caused frustration and timeline issues for everyone. It was a $10k job charging $2.75/sq foot to simply install laminate. Market rate was $1.75 but i thought the markup was for a better quality experience. There's a charge for little things like $100-$200 for "liquid nails" as they seek to rack up your charges. Be prepared to hear about how there's an 'additional charge for that.' They charge a 2% markup if you use a credit card for your purchase which i didn't know upfront. Overall, the experience was mixed with both good and bad. I wouldn't recommend them and would advise you keep looking elsewhere. Hope that helps!

    1. Their office manager is a nightmare to work with. I confirmed items with her that needed to be fulfilled. When I call her the next day to follow up, her response was she never got around to doing them since she left work early.... TWICE. I was very patient with this company and they continue to disappoint me weeks later. 2. They charged us restocking fee for extra flooring we didn't want to keep. We opted to keep ONE box in case we needed them for whatever reason but there were FOUR extra boxes. We tried to reason out to them that it wasn't our fault that their project manager miscalculated the material. We got nowhere with that. It's store policy. 3. We called to let them know that 2 days after the installers came We noticed there was a pretty noticeable deep scuff/groove on the floor right at the entry. The office manager said there's markers out there now that can cover that up. Because I didn't want to deal with them any longer I went ahead and wood filled it and finished topped it off with a Fil-stik. 4. As of present I am still going back-and-forth with their office manager about the invoices I was sent. There were a lot of errors on it. I was charged a refrigerator resetting fee for my entryway and kitchen. Clearly, there is a fridge in the kitchen but not in my foyer... I was being charged for quarter rounds that we did not use and yet there's another invoice charging us for installation plus restocking (because they weren't used). 5. It's frustrating to have to police their invoice and you can't just confidently write a check to close up this job. I'm not willing to just resign to my frustration and cut a check. Money does not grow on trees. The installers themselves were very professional and were great. But if you want a headache-fee flooring installation, look elsewhere.
