Rick at Noble Brown installed the roof for a patio remodel 3 years ago. Part of the roof has leaked ever since. He makes appointments with us and then doesn’t show, no calls no texts. He has done this at least 7 times! I would NEVER use him again!Service: Roof installation

Agreed to their quote, was told told there were 2 jobs ahead of me so I would be next in line soon. Weeks passed and nothing. They don't even answer their phones. Left multiple messages and no reply. They even had me choose a roof color... Why? Just so they flake? Stay away.

My house was overdue for a new roof and I had a lot of problems with water leaks due to the roof design and a large tree that dumped pine needles blocking the drainage. Rick came up with problem solving techniques and went the extra mile to make sure I wouldn't have future problems. He replace the roof with 30 year composition shingle and the garage roof with TPO. I am writing this review 3 1/2 years later, I couldn't be happier. Just recently I had some work done inside my home and the contractor got on my garage to check on something and was surprised to see commercial grade TPO. I had to wait my turn as they were busy, but it was well worth it!
