My whole experience included both my parents, they died 10 days apart, and had prepaid for their arrangements years ago. I only had to make one phone call and everything was taken care of. They have sense followed up and asked if I need any counseling or just someone to talk to! They were so supportive….
I called my places looking around getting prices and see how they were. I can confidently say that Neptune took very good care of me. So kind friendly and understanding. I was lost and didn’t really know what to do or say and they just took my hand and guided me all the way. I felt so blessed to be with them. I know that my baby girl was well taken care of. So thankful
Scott was wonderful about explaining options and services available. I was grateful there wasn’t any pressure to buy and actually wish I had done this sooner. It’s great to know this is one less thing my family will need to worry about when my time comes.
